About

Named after the room, not the plumbing.

A majlis is the room where people sit together, talk, and decide. A shared inbox is exactly that: a room several people sit in to handle one conversation.

We build for GCC operations teams (in construction, trading, and services) who run their business on a WhatsApp number and a mailbox, and who lose replies the moment one person is busy or away.

The promise is small and specific: five people, one number, nothing missed, for a price you can say out loud.

We sell directly. There is no reseller, no commission layer, and no sales call you have to sit through before seeing a number: both plans and both prices are on the pricing page, and the trial needs no card. You can cancel yourself, and what you have paid for runs to the end of the period rather than stopping the moment you click.

What we will not claim: that a third-party tool can guarantee your WhatsApp number is never restricted, that the app interface is fully Arabic yet (conversations are, the interface is still English with RTL in progress), or that a customer uses us when we do not have their written permission to say so. Where a page would be stronger with a logo or a number on it, we have left the space empty instead of filling it.

MajlisDesk is built and run from the UAE, for teams in the Gulf. If something here is wrong, or a page promises something the product does not do, write to support@majlisdesk.com and a person will answer.
