Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Connect your existing number by scanning a QR, the same way WhatsApp Web works.
Can my WhatsApp number get banned?
No third-party tool can promise zero risk, and we won’t pretend otherwise. You connect your own existing number by QR — the same channel WhatsApp Web uses — so the risk profile matches normal WhatsApp Web use. To keep it low: the browser panel is read-only and never sends messages, and MajlisDesk is built for replying to real conversations, not blasting cold or purchased lists. Used as a team inbox, your number behaves exactly as it does today.
