Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to move from DoubleTick?

No. MajlisDesk connects the number you already use by scanning a QR, the same way WhatsApp Web does. There is no API application, no Business Solution Provider, and no per-conversation fee.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes. You keep the number your customers already message. Connecting it links MajlisDesk as another device on that account, and your history syncs in rather than starting empty.

How is the pricing different from DoubleTick?

Two plans, $19 and $49 a month, both with unlimited team members. The price does not change with headcount and there are no per-message fees, so five people on Pro is $49 rather than five times anything. The figures are on the pricing page rather than behind a form.
