Invite your team
Roles, access, and why nobody else needs the number.
Team members log in with their own accounts. Only the number is connected to WhatsApp, so nobody else needs the phone, the SIM, or the WhatsApp password.
Roles
- Owner — full control, including billing and connecting or removing numbers.
- Admin — everything except billing.
- Member — works the inbox: reads, replies, assigns, labels and raises tickets.
Who sees what
By default a member sees the conversations that concern them: the ones assigned to them, shared with them, or carrying a label their team has access to. That is what makes it safe to put sales and support in one workspace without either reading the other's chats.
Unlimited team members on every plan, including the cheapest. Adding the new hire costs nothing, so there is never a reason to share one login.
