Connect Claude or ChatGPT

MajlisDesk runs an MCP server, so an AI assistant can read your WhatsApp chats, email threads, tickets and contacts and answer questions about them. It reads exactly what you can read in MajlisDesk.

The address

https://app.majlisdesk.com/mcp. The same for every assistant. You never paste a key: you sign in to MajlisDesk when you connect.

Claude (paid plans)

1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
2. Name it, and paste the address as the remote MCP server URL.
3. Leave the OAuth client ID and secret empty.
4. Press Connect, then sign in with your MajlisDesk password and authenticator code and approve.

ChatGPT (Plus, Pro or Business)

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Connectors, then Advanced, and turn on Developer mode.
2. Create a connector and paste the address.
3. Choose OAuth for authentication.
4. Sign in with your MajlisDesk password and authenticator code and approve.

What it can and cannot do

• It reads the chats, threads, tickets and contacts you can see. A teammate who connects sees their own view.
• It cannot send anything unless the person approving the connection allows replies.
• With replies allowed, it can answer one chat at a time, and only where the customer wrote first. Groups need "Allow AI to post" switched on for that group, and the plan must include sending.
