Shared inbox
A shared WhatsApp inbox, worked by your whole team.
A shared WhatsApp inbox means the number stops belonging to whoever is holding the phone. Everyone sees the same queue, the same history, and the same answer.
The problem it solves
A busy WhatsApp number on one phone is a single point of failure. The person who owns it becomes a bottleneck, nobody else can see what was promised, and when they go on leave the conversations stop. Forwarding screenshots to a group chat is not a system.
Everyone sees everything
The full history of every chat is visible to the team, so a colleague can pick up mid-conversation without asking what happened.
One queue, not one inbox each
New messages land in a single list. Filter by unread, by label, by assignee, or by which number they arrived on.
Unlimited team members
On every plan, including the cheapest. You are not charged per seat, so adding the new hire costs nothing.
Your existing number
Scan a QR from the WhatsApp app. No Business API application, no number migration, no waiting for approval.
More than one number, if you run more
A workspace is not limited to a single line — Starter connects one and Pro three, all worked from the same queue. Filter by the number a message arrived on, and replies go back out on it.
When you would use it
- A sales number three people answer, where a lead must never be replied to twice.
- An operations line where the night shift needs to see what the day shift promised.
- A founder handing over their personal business number without losing the history.

Questions people ask
Can two people really use the same WhatsApp number?
Yes. WhatsApp supports linked devices, and MajlisDesk connects as one — so the number stays on your phone while the team works it from the browser.
Does everyone need their own WhatsApp?
No. Your team log in with their own MajlisDesk accounts. Only the number itself is connected to WhatsApp.
What happens to the history already on the phone?
Recent history syncs in when you connect, so you are not starting from an empty inbox. It is held back from the team until the person who linked the number has marked anything personal as private.
Can we run more than one number in the same inbox?
Yes. Starter connects one and Pro connects three, in one shared queue — see multiple numbers for how that works.
