Deals & pipeline

WhatsApp knows a phone number. MajlisDesk knows a customer.

Most enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and then live in someone’s head until they close or die. A deal puts a number and a stage on the chat you already have open.

The problem it solves

The spreadsheet is always out of date, because updating it means leaving the conversation. So the honest state of the pipeline lives with whoever handled it — and when you ask what is open this month, you get three different answers and none of them is the inbox.

Tracked from the chat

Turn an open conversation into a deal without leaving it. There is no separate CRM tab to keep in sync, because the deal sits on the chat.

Five stages, fixed

New, Quoted, Negotiating, Won, Lost. Enough to agree on in a minute, and not a pipeline builder. Rename the five if your team says it differently.

A board and a total

Every open deal by stage, what it is worth, and what closed this month — without anyone updating a sheet.

Currencies stay themselves

A default for the workspace, overridable per deal. Work in several and you get one subtotal per currency — we never invent an exchange rate.

When you would use it

  • A trading company quoting on WhatsApp all day and reconciling in a spreadsheet at night.
  • A sales lead who wants to know what is sitting in Negotiating before the month ends.
  • A workspace quoting in AED and USD that refuses to have the two silently added together.

Questions people ask

Which plan has this?

Deals and the pipeline board are on the Pro plan. Follow-ups and contact notes are on every plan.

Can we rename the stages?

Yes. The five are fixed as a set, but you can label them in your own words. Nothing groups by anything except those five, which is what keeps the board readable.

Can one chat have more than one deal?

Yes. A repeat customer can have a closed deal and a live one on the same conversation, and the card switches between them.

Do you convert between currencies?

Never. A deal is worth what it is worth, and a mixed workspace gets one subtotal row per currency. Guessing a rate would put a wrong number on a real forecast.
