Do we have to change the number the site already uses?
No. You connect the existing number by scanning a QR, the same way WhatsApp Web works. Nobody on site is told to message somewhere new.
Can the office see site chats without being in the group?
Yes — that is the point. Anyone you give access to sees the conversation and its full history in the browser.
Can we keep one project separate from another?

What about the personal chats on that phone?
