Can each account manager see only their own clients?
Yes. Access labels decide who sees which chats, so a freelancer brought in on one account does not see the rest of the roster.
Does the client know we are using a tool?
No. Replies go out from your normal WhatsApp number and look exactly as they always did.
Can we keep a record of what was approved?
The full history stays in the workspace, and an internal note lets you mark the message that carried the approval so it is findable later.
