Retail & showrooms
Six hundred messages. Nine of them are orders.
A retail number gets every kind of message at once. Labels turn that into a queue you can sort, and canned replies handle the questions you have answered a thousand times.
Everything arrives in one list, and the list is sorted wrong.
Price questions, an order, a complaint, a supplier and someone asking for directions — all in a chat list sorted by who messaged last. The order that needs paying for today is four screens down, underneath a conversation about opening hours.
Label it, then filter to it
Order, complaint, stock, wholesale. Six hundred chats become the five that matter this hour.
Canned replies for the daily questions
Opening hours, delivery charge, return policy — saved once, sent in a keystroke, in Arabic or English.
The whole shop floor, one number
Unlimited team members on every plan, so everyone who serves customers can be in the inbox.
Schedule it for opening time
Write the reply at eleven at night, send it at nine in the morning, without anyone having to remember.
Complaints do not get lost
Raise a ticket on the ones that need following up and they stay visible until they are closed.
When you would use it
- An order confirmation buried under twenty price enquiries.
- Four staff answering “do you have this in blue?” four different ways.
- A complaint that got a reply on Friday and nothing since.
- A showroom number answered by whoever is nearest the counter.
See it running
Six seconds, showing one thing.
What matters most here
Questions people ask
Can we send a promotion to all our customers?
Broadcast is on Pro, and it is for people who have messaged you. This is a shared inbox for real conversations, not a tool for cold or purchased lists.
How many staff can use it?
Unlimited, on every plan. You are not charged per seat, so the weekend staff cost nothing to add.
Are these the same as WhatsApp Business labels?
No. Labels here live in MajlisDesk and work across the whole team, which labels on a single phone do not.
Can we use it in Arabic?
Your conversations, yes — customers write in Arabic and messages, search, notes, labels and canned replies all handle it exactly as you would expect. The app’s own interface is English today; a full right-to-left Arabic interface is being built.
