Trading & wholesale
The quote went out on WhatsApp. Nobody chased it.
Wholesale runs on repeat buyers and open quotes. Attach a deal to the chat it came from and you can see what is quoted, what is negotiating, and what nobody has touched for a week.
You have fifty open quotes and no list of them.
A buyer asks for a price, you send it, and the conversation stops. That is not a lost deal — it is a deal nobody followed up. On a phone there is no way to see the twelve chats that are one nudge from an order, because a chat list is sorted by who messaged last, not by what is worth money.
A deal on the chat that produced it
Stage, value and expected close sit on the conversation. Five fixed stages: new, quoted, negotiating, won, lost.
Follow-ups that keep chasing
Set a follow-up on a quote. It comes back at you when it is due, and shows as overdue when it is not.
Canned replies for the daily questions
Minimum order, lead time, payment terms — saved once, sent in a keystroke, in Arabic or English.
Buyer details that outlive the chat
Custom properties hold the trade licence number, the payment terms, the delivery address — next to the conversation, not in a notebook.
Bring the buyers you already have
Contact import gets your existing list in rather than rebuilding it by hand.
When you would use it
- A quote sent on Tuesday that nobody has looked at since.
- A repeat buyer whose payment terms live in one salesman’s memory.
- Two salesmen quoting the same buyer two different prices.
- A month-end review with no list of what is actually open.

Questions people ask
Is the pipeline on every plan?
No. Deals, contact import and export are Pro ($49 a month). Starter has the shared inbox, tickets, labels, notes and canned replies.
Can I build my own stages?
No, and that is deliberate. The five stages are fixed — new, quoted, negotiating, won, lost — so the pipeline stays the same across the team instead of becoming a project in itself.
Does it replace our accounting system?
No. It tracks the conversation and the deal on it. Invoicing stays where it is.
Can I see what each salesman has open?
Yes. Filter the inbox by assignee, and analytics show volume and response times per person.
